Alumni relations and development

Alumni Relations and Development is the University’s centralised point of contact for two key groups:

• Alumni and friends, an over 223,000-strong network spread across the Auckland region, throughout New Zealand and around the globe. Alumni Relations and Development enables alumni and friends to stay connected with the University and one another and to enjoy a range of benefits and services. Those who wish to have a closer relationship with the University can engage in a number of ways, including the following:
  • find out what’s happening on campus, attend events, watch videos of public lectures, browse our galleries of recent graduation ceremonies or read our recent alumni publications (visit www.auckland.ac.nz/en/alumni/whats-happening.html)

• Philanthropic partners and donors, whose generosity has a transformative effect on research, teaching and learning at the University.
