What is iCalendar?
iCalendar (.ics), often referred to as iCal, is a standard format for calendar data exchange that enables users to create and share electronic calendars.
Instructions for subscribing to iCalendar
Windows/MS Outlook 2010 users
- Select your calendar in MS Outlook.
- Click on Open Calendar on the ribbon menu at the top. On the submenu that opens, choose From Internet.
- Paste the below URL and click OK.
- When prompted to 'Add this Internet Calendar to Outlook and subscribe to updates', choose Yes.

Windows/MS Outlook 2007 users
- In Outlook 2007 go to the 'Tools' menu and click on Account Settings.
- Click on the Internet Calendars tab, select New, paste the below URL and click Add.

Mac/iCal users
- From within iCal, choose Subscribe from the Calendar menu.
- Enter the full url (below) in the 'Subscribe to:' box and click on Subscribe.

Google Calendar
- Click the down-arrow next to Other calendars.
- Select Add by URL from the menu.
- Enter the full url (below) in the provided field.
- Click the Add Calendar button. The calendar will appear in the Other Calendars section of the calendar list to the left.
